nirvyn.com is operated by NirVyn Ventures LLP (registered office: New Delhi, India) through its consulting practice, NirVyn Consulting. For personal data collected through the Site, the LLP is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and, where applicable, the controller under the GDPR.
2. What we collect
(a) Information you submit through forms: name, email address, contact number, country, organisation, and the content of your message. (b) Limited technical data collected by the website platform to operate and secure the Site, such as IP address and browser type. We do not seek special categories of data through the Site; please do not submit sensitive information via forms.
3. Why we process it
To respond to enquiries; to evaluate and establish potential engagements; to maintain business records; to provide access or material you have requested (for example, subscription to the Quriosity resource centre); and to meet legal obligations. The legal basis is the consent you give at submission and the legitimate business purposes recognised under applicable law.
