General Terms and Conditions & Data Submission
By clicking "Submit" or interacting with our inquiry forms, you ("The User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the submission of data to NirVyn Consulting (a consulting practice of NirVyn Ventures LLP).
1. Accuracy of Information
The User warrants that all information provided—including corporate data, risk profiles, or personal contact details—is accurate and current.
2. Data Protection & Privacy (DPDP Act & GDPR)
In accordance with India’s DPDP Act (2023) and the EU GDPR, we act as the "Data Fiduciary" or "Controller."
• Purpose of Collection: Data is collected solely for responding to queries, providing security/management consulting services, and improving our "Value Capture" models.
• Lawful Basis: By submitting the form, you provide affirmative, unconditional consent for Odyssey Advisors to process your data for the specified purpose.
• User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or withdraw consent (Erasure/Right to be Forgotten) at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at contact@nirvyn.com.
3. Intellectual Property of Submissions
While you retain ownership of your proprietary corporate data, any feedback, suggestions, or "Open Source Intelligence" shared through our forms becomes the property of NirVyn Consulting and NirVyn Ventures LLP to improve our Global Frameworks, unless otherwise protected by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Confidentiality & Encryption
As depicted in our Core Security Architecture, all form submissions are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We implement a "Multi-layered Defense" to ensure your sensitive business inquiries are shielded from unauthorized "OSINT" scraping or cyber threats.
5. Limitation of Liability
Submission of a query does not establish a formal Consultant-Client relationship. NirVyn Consulting or NirVyn Ventures LLP is not liable for any business decisions made based on preliminary automated responses or general information provided on this website unless a formal Service Engagement is signed to state the same.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from data submission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
